Exclamation 89 Volvo 240 DL Flooding

Hello everybody, I recently bought a 1989 Volvo 240 DL and it runs great no problem. However, recently we had a week of rain, and only after the consecutive days of rain had stopped I noticed that the floor of my driver side of the car both front and back had an inch of water. Interestingly the passenger side of the car is completely dry. I know its not leaking from the windows seals because everything else is dry. It feels like the water is coming up from below. Do you know what the problem is and how to diagnose it? Thank you

The windshields will/can leak in the corners where the glue no longer sticks - or if the rocker panel drains are clogged water can get into the car that way also.

Examine the lower corner of the windshield - sometimes the gap is large enough to see to the outside -

If the windshield leaks on the drivers side the water runs down near the fusebox.

Thank you,
Interestingly, the passenger side of the car where it didn't flood had the weak seal on the windshield. The driver side where both the driver seat and the rear seat floors that were flooded still had a good seal. I also checked the fuse box and I didn't find any water damage so I don't think its the windshield.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Rocker panel drains. Run water into the grate in front of the windshield. Between the windshield and the hood. The water goes left and right and comes out of the rocker panel drains. They are small rectangular areas that are not crimped/welded on the lowest point of the rocker panels. Use a small tool to dislodge the leaves/etc that get caught in there. .
