Default 91 240 wagon turn signal not working

My turn signals are not working. Could this be a fuse problem? I looked at the fuse box by the driver's side door and it looks like the very top fuse is blown. I'm not sure what this fuse is related to. My headlights, rearlights, and brake lights all work, but when I put my turn signal on nothing happens. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Check the wiring under the hood for the front turn signals.

Which turn signals aren't working? All of them? Just the front? The back? Its a very big possibility it could be a fuse problem, but the fuse for the turn signals is more tords the bottom. I'm not sure which # it is. Either way, if you have a burnt out fuse, I would highly recommend you replace it immediately. Check your wires behind your turn signals, check your grounds.

I have turn signals and hazard flashers on the front of my car behaving normally but rear turn signals and hazard flashers are not lighting up.

additonanlly the “fast blink” is occurring on the front lights when the turn signals are activated.

I have previously checked fuses. And advice is more than welcome!

The fast blink happens because a bulb is not working, (the rears in your case) Simply use your test light to find power at each taillight for the turn signal bulbs - if none there - the wire harness runs along the left side of the car under the carpet - the front and rear turn signals are not fused separately and the wiring does not go through the bulb out relay.
