I was installing my new radio and accidentally cut two wires at the same time (it was dark). When I did, I blew the #25 fuse right out of its slot (the fuse was still good but was laying on the bottom of the panel). I replaced the fuse anyway. When my lights are in the running/parking lights position, all lights that are supposed to be on...are. When I switch to the headlights setting, I lose everything. I have high beams but not low beams (in the parking lights setting). All fuses are good and I went ahead and replaced the headlights so I know they are good too. Is there another fuse panel under the hood? Did I cause some serious electronic damage? Thanks for the help.
