Default 94 940 perf upgrades

Hello,

I have an 850T and am looking into a 940 with the I4 na -- how can I upgrade the performance without spending a big chunk of change? Are there hot cams available? Would a K&N Intake help? Any suggestions/experience regarding is appreciated!!

The best bang for the buck is to add a turbo system to your Normally Aspirated 940 engine.

They call that the + T system. You would get all the stuff you need from a wrecked Turbo.

Without the Turbo the gains are slim...the intake and manifold/downpipe from a 90+ 940 breathe better than prior years. Camshafts can add power in the upper ranges, but if your car has an autobox, are you sure you want to do that?
