I have a 1993 Volvo 940, I recently replaced the fuel pump with a new complete sending unit, the problem I'm still having is my gas gauge does not work. Please provide with some other ideals

 

I moved this to a new thread, since it has nothing to do with 940 transmissions...

lots of things could be wrong, the fuel level sender in the gas tank might be disconnected or wired wrong, the wire between the tank and the dashboard might be broken, or the instrument panel could need resoldering.
