Hi! I just tried to get my 940 b230fb inspected and it didnt pass the emissions test. I realized the exhaust was leaking and for good measure i changed the oxygen sensor too. I measured the voltage from the oxygen sensor and im getting around 0.15v constantly at idle i read somewhere its supposed to jump between 0.2 and 0.9 volts. Has anyone had this same problem or have any tips
