Default 940 timing belt tension spring lost

Ok so i lost the spring that pushes out the tensioner on the timing belt. I know the tensioner is crucial but what can i do about the spring, i looked everywhere and cant find it.

for now i just used muscle power to push it as far a possible and tightened the nut to where it wont nudge anywhere.. at all
The tension seems the same as it did with the spring in.. Will i be ok without it?

big arrow denotes spring small one denotes direction it pushes

It is not a good idea to omit a part on the timing belt.

The spring is listed as a separate unit on VADIS. Check with a dealer.
