Default S80 Drive belt: Need to release tension

HI:
I want to replace a failed PS pump on this vehicle. No one seems to have laid out the exact procedure for loosining the drive belt. It could be beyond my ability, but maybe not.
Thanks,
Mike

Does the serp. belt tensioner pulley have a cover on it hiding the nut?

The pully surface is exposed with a nut protruding. It appears to be about a 14mm.

You can use a long wrench on there to release the tension on the belt.

I guess I knew that, but here is my concern.
If i put a socket on the bolt and pull to the front or push to the rear-what happens?
Does just turning the nut release the pully tension and that's it and just reverse it to retighten?

Use the head of the bolt to turn the tensioner and release the tension.

You pull it towards the front of the car. The tensioner swivels and takes tension off the belt. You pull it towards the front of the car then slide the belt off. Then release the tension till you go back on.
