So yeah, this guy comes from behind and hits my bumper at like 10 MPH, and i was like oh hell no, so i get out of the car to see what happened, and..my bumper had a little scratch and that was it, and then i saw his car and the halogen light was broken, the bumper had fallen and omg it was hilarious, the guy told me to take the car to the agency and get it fixed, he was going to pay for a new bumper...im like Oh...ermm ok, he lives in my apartment building and my parents and his know each other so he was kind of nice there, but yeah.,..
