In preparation for water temperature sender unit replacement, I purchased a Bosch 0280130069. When I pulled the connector from the old unit, I found the contacts were round. The new Bosch has two blade contacts and smaller size input head.


Are there "pig tails" that will fit the Bosch and splice into the sender wires to the car temperature gauge?

You bought the wrong sensor--the one you want does have round prongs. I believe the earlier models used blades...
