Greetings!

I have a Volvo 740 Wagon that has had issues with the brakes for quite some time. It's gotten to a point where the brakes have seized up from time to time. The "Anti-Lock" light comes on once in a while, typically when I start the car and eventually turns off. I've attempted to bleed the brakes and the rear brake lines appear to be clogged (Won't bleed)
I took it into a Volvo specialist and he said that it's clogged in the abs. I'm assuming that my rear calipers are just failing to engage due to the clogged lines.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
My main goal is to get fluid running freely threw my brake lines.
