Hey all,

I was driving home the other night, my air conditioning belt gave. From that point on, my power windows, blinkers, and seat heaters stopped working. The hazards still work.

I tried replacing the window relay, but that didn't work. No fuses are blown. I believe the ground for the windows is in the A-post, so I'm not sure how the belt snapping could have caused this.

Has anyone had similar problems? How did you go about fixing them?

Car is a 1990 745.

never mind. found the culprit. #9 fuse popped when the belt gave and i guess i didn't notice until now. didn't realize #9 dealt with windows until looking at wiring diagrams. i am not a smart man.
