Default AC blowing fuse

Ever since I washed my engine bay a couple days ago my AC has been blowing the 8a fuse. If I pop a new one in it's fine for a minute, then it blows and my AC shuts off. Obviously some wire is shorting, but where to check?

check fuse 3 for the heater fan, part of the same circuit but thats the one that delivers most of the punch. Clean them up with a wire brush and put some dielectric grease on the contact points.

also did you spray in your engine bay? there could very well be a short somewhere that the sitting water is connecting.

Yup, found the short. Biodegradable wiring strikes again, part of the AC clutch wire lost its insulation and was shorting on a bracket or something it was ziptied to. Moved it forward a bit to a good section of wire and tightened the ziptie, no more problems.
