Default Advice on possible purchase, please

My wife and I are interested in this car on ebay. We had an inspection done, and it says a few things which worry me. I am new to buying 16-20 year old bricks, though, so I wonder if I am being unrealistic in my expectations. Would the experts mind taking a look at the linked inspection report and giving me feedback? I take pause over mention of repair and replacement of front fenders, and door moldings attached via screw. I'm thinking accident (unreported on either carfax or autocheck), or what?

Can you PM me the e-bay link to see full size pics?
I cannot get the pics to get any bigger.

Also is it close to us?

By the way, if you right click on the inspector's thumbnail pics, you can "view image" and see a larger photo (worked for me anyway).

I have had trouble sometimes, too. Then it would work when I tried a couple minutes later. Maybe inspection service's site bogs down from traffic? It's the inspection service used by ebay, so it probably gets a lot of visitors.

I think the inspection is reasonable. The inspector has just done his job and pointed out all teh defects and good points of teh vehicle. Mechanically it sounds fine. The car presents wel enough in the photos too.
You have to weigh up the cost and if it's viable for you, but I'd buy it if it was in my price range (and I liked 240's!).

Regards, Andrew.
