Default another weird idle problem

so i have a 91 240 w the later model FI system, and it has been quite literally jerking me around lately. the engine starts right up and runs smoothly while driving but shakes like a rodeo bull at idle. at no point does the engine sputter or want to die, and it does not even hesitate under load. the shaking is more pronounced when the car is fully warmed up, sometimes it will run quite smooth when immediately started. I have obdI on the car but the code station does not show any error codes despite the check engine light coming on occasionally.

any ideas? advice on halfass quick fixes?

It sounds like bad motor mounts.
