good luck. you'll need the manual transmission, of course. you'll need the stick shift and linkage, and the inside trim pieces, you'll need the transmission mounts, and the front half of the main drive shaft will need replacing.
oh, and the pedal assembly for the clutch ! replacing that will probably require ripping all kinda stuff out under the driver side dash.

AGreed. There's still plenty of manuals if you keep your eyes open. I love mine. Purchase and sell has worked pretty well for me.
Also, if your car is in pristine condition, you'll be butchering it and destroying its value. If it's not in pristine condition, sell it and pick up a 240 that's already a stick.
The simple way is to find a donor car in a salvage yard and start taking off the parts you need. Make a deal with the yard and start doing 1 for 1 swaps. They may be interested in taking your transmission in swap. Go ask and plan on taking the car out of use for maybe 3 months.
