I have to give a big thumbs up for Lloyds Mats. Just got a custom one for my '92 245 after trying unsuccessfully to find a decent Volvo original on Ebay, etc. Found the mat on a junky site called autoanything.com. Lots of positive reviews on the mat so I took the chance. Great quality and perfect fit. Doesn't have the lip of the original but the little cups everywhere should catch any liquids.

It's a Lloyd Rubbertite. Car smelled a little funny when I got in this morning – kind of a vinegary rubbery smell. Several of the reviews said that the smell went away quickly... I hope so.
