Default Automatic transmission mount stud bolt

Hey there, I've kind of buggered the bolt that secures the transmission mount to the mounting bracket on my automatic transmission. I've recut the threads but would like to fix it properly. Has anyone replaced the stud bolt in the automatic transmission mount bracket?

I would use a heilicoil to replace the threads though I'm having trouble picturing the mount. If I remember, the rear trans mount on my 240 had studs on the mount - not on the transmission. What model car do you have?

IMHO, time-serts are better than helicoils.

Well, rethreading the bolt has seemed to work. See diagram; I don't know where to find that stud bolt.

thanks
