thats my kid #1, and kid #2, each ready to launch to Arcata. in my wifes bought-new 87 Volvo 240. With our dog Maggie.

great share! Both my kids had a Volvo as their first car - My daughter got the 850T and my son still has the S40 :-)

I love the pics, Pierce. And I love the fact that each young person has their bicycle secured to the Yakima racks mounted on the car. My only criticism is that you should have bought the Thule racks, back in the day. I have a set of Thule gutter mounts with the Volvo logo on them- indicating they were the OEM. Made in Sweden , of course.
