Wife tells me the Brake Failure light came on, Then goes off.
I checked under the hood, I found a Vaccum hose fell off, reattached.
Wife drives the car for several more days, once again the brake failure light come on again, then goes off.
I checked the hose again, and its on. Brake fluid is full.

I assume you have a 240?
It measures pressure.
But the switches are know to fail as well.

If you follow the lines from the Master Cylinder down you will see the Junction block. In the middle there is a sensor with a single wire going to it.

You can unscrew the switch and clean it up good and reinstall it and see if the light goes out.
Carefully watch the parts as they come out
