Broke Axle Shaft Help!!!

Default Broke Axle Shaft Help!!!

volvo 1991 740 turbo auto 1041 rear end G80 locker, I was doing a burn out the locker engaged with a pop like usual got sideways nothing new, but then I herad grinding noisefrom the rear so I drove home, I thought I broke the locker, turned out to be the drivers side axle I thought these rear ends were good for 300+ hp I might be making 200 does the fack that its has 230K on it matter? but now I cant get the rest of the axle out to replace it and it still has the rear carrier/locker held in place

got the rest of the axle out no help from yall but still cant get the diff out to see if its damaged

I bought it to beat on, trying to make the other 2 last I have broke more stuff on the 740 in 2 months than I have on my 850 and my S60R in their 4 years of ******* anyways it just a car YALL!!!

Pulling the differential is pretty straight forward. Pull the cover after draining the fluid(optional) and you will see the 4 bolts necessary to remove the diff. It's important to make note of the orientation of the two carrier bearing keepers, the holes are line bored and need to go back the way they came off. By the way, if your G80 locker "popped" routinely when doing burn outs it was already FUBAR...they aren't supposed to pop.
And...stop beating on the car!!!!!
