I have a question, on my A/C theres this circulate air button, but when i press it so its "working" it doesnt work and all the odors from outside get inside, what might be wrong?

There is a vaccum diaphram that controls the Recirc. It goes bad.

so what should i tell the mechanic to change? and how much would it be?

The Recirc door bellows.
Not sure about price. I think the part might be around $70.00
