CA Emissions Problem with all stock '87 240
Everything - NOX, CO, etc put me in "gross polluter" class. The tech says everything checks out fine, except the fuel pressure is around 55 - 60 psi and is supposed to be 36. Installing a new regulator didn't change the fuel pressure. Any helpful hints out there? Is 36 the correct pressure?
