can i put a b230 head on a b23f??

just wondeering if there would be any benifits to putting a b230 head on a b23f i have the head i figured why not??

Don't know but get a head gasket and match it up.

Sure yo can. You'll need a different valve cover of course. The newer style 530 head flows a bit better than the older 164 and 398 heads as I recall. Heck, you can run the 530 B230 head on a B21 for that matter...
