I have a 1981 Volvo 242 with fuel injected B21 engine. We have rebuilt the engine, but now find fuel injection to be faulty and parts are not available. I have heard that there is a conversion to a carburator intake manifold and carb. The person I talked to thought that either someone makes the manifold or that there are instructions to modify the stock intake manifold. Another person thought that a Volvo Penta marine engine carb manifold might also work, but I can not identify the part number. Does anyone have experience doing this conversion?
