Default Catalytic Converter Flange Replacement

Volvo 240DL sedan, 1990

I have a leak in the header pipe and need to replace it. The flange to the catalytic converter is disintegrating. However, the converter itself is okay. Is there any way to replace/fix this flange without getting into the added cost of a new catalytic converter?
thanks!

Default RE: Catalytic Converter Flange Replacement

car quest has an excellent selection of flanges for a small price. Take some measurements and look at the ones they have at the counter before you buy. They bolt together and should work. Napa also has some that may work for you.
