Default How do you think i should remove my bumpers?

Ok guys, here is the deal, in the coming months when it warms up a bit and I come across a weekend where I don’t need my car, id like to make the bumpers nice. About 7-9 months ago I bought Forever Black and used it on the front and rear bumpers and it worked wonders. Of course I did somewhat of a half assed job and if you look close you can see the faded grey in the gap between the bumper and body. So here is what I was thinking and id love your input. I was thinking of removing my bumpers, both front and back and then using the forever black on them, you know so I can get a nice even finish and get all the spots and so on. My only worry is that when I take the bumpers off they won’t go back on! I only say this because I have such luck with things you wouldn’t believe. So id like to know the correct way of taking the bumpers off, and if there is anything I should look out for that may tell me to not mess with a good thing. Thanks for the help guys, and no rush on this post, take the time to help people with bigger issues with there Volvos. Thanks again.

You don't say what Volvo you have but generally they are really easy. as Usually four studs, two on each side easily accessible-the bumpers hang on them. Better have some help though, someone to guide one side in and out and onto the guides as you guode the other.
