If you mean the warning lights are all flashing that's often a bad ignition switch. Not the part you see where the key fits; behind it is an electrical portion tha when it is worn out does precisely what you describe. Alternately, there could be a bad main power ground to the cluster.

Yep, mine was definitely the altrenator. i wish more people on here posted what the problem was at the end of it all.
