My defogger never worked but I've decided to tackle it and see if I can fix it. Its getting a full 12V with the motor off, the ground appears to be good(everything else on my hatch is working), all concections appear to be good, there no broken grids and my meter says theres nothing open in the curcit. Basicly theres no change in the hatch glass when I turn the defogger on. Its just not working[:@]. Any ideas guys? Is there any places I should be looking? Thanks

 

I have the exact same problem, im runnin a '84 240 DL w/275K and the defogger wont work. however every now and then the fuse to the OD will blow, since the two are on the same circuit. But i still dont know why it just doesnt work
