Default Do I need the adjustable Panhard Bar?

I've just ordered the IPD Sport springs for my 240.

Lowering the car knocks the rear axle out of alignment right?

So I should get the adjustable Panhard bar?

Also, Do i need totally different front strut assemblies or just different shocks?

Not really worried about budget, I'm getting this thing one piece at a time, then put it all on at once.

the less than 1 inch lowering those sport springs do will make a very slight lateral offset to the rear axle, not enough to matter. the front shocks on a 240 *are* struts, they aren't cartridges like some newer cars use.
