hi to all

Ijustmoved from PR to orlando FL sold my 90 740 and bought a 1995 940 I wonder if it comes with a beeper to unlock and lock the car or an alarm. Also there's a littlle unnoticable misfiring like very very unnoticable no check engine light car runs fine and start right up on cold and hot but this little misfirings that i'm noticing. any info would be appreciated it

 

I'd clean and re-gap (or replace) the plugs.
If one plug shows signs of misfire (black or wet) then look at that injector, sometimes the injector connector plug needs cleaning, I have that problem right now with an injector plug.

Maybe give it a quick tuneup, check rotor and cap , replace wires etc.
If no progress then clean out throttle body, get a gasket and carb cleaner.

 

I would check tune up.

And as far as I know none of the 940's had keyless entry. Well atleast in the U.S.

Hey Tech where is the shop located i'm desperately in need to find a volvo mechanic i don't want my car to take it to a normal mechanic i want a volvo expert just like in PR my volvos were maintained by volvo certified mechanic.????????
