Default Draining Stale Fuel from my 85 240 V8 - Getting it ready for sale.

I need some advice on draining the Tank of my 85 240 that is sitting for 10 years. I am getting ready to put up the car up for sale and I need to get it ready. Unfortunately the sending unit is envirowelded(Rust) and I could damage it if forced.

Is it better to run the intank gas pump and drain the fuel from the return line or feed line directly from the sending unit or it might be better to hookup a hose after the Fuel pressure regulator(PIC2)

Which is the Fuel pump connector (PIC1). Getting a little confused since the wires are different colors after the connectors.

The gas was treaded with preservative and I hope it is still in some kind of liquid form and will not clog the fuel filter.

Yellow/Gray and Red/Blue. Which one is the fuel pump connector?

Engine conpartment custom fuel pressure regulator

Fuel return line - Engine Compartment

Which one is the Feed and Which one is the return line?
