I have a 89 Volvo 240 with electric windows. Something keeps blowing the fuses (they are the correct ones). It seems to usually occur when the car speeds up not necessarily when using the windows.

Also another note, when shifting from high to normal beam headlights, my engine sometimes sputters.

Any ideas anyone?
