Electrical issue please help!

The problem I see here is the voltage regulator brushes on the alternator going bad. They are relatively cheap and easy to replace. https://www.ebay.com/itm/30255060736...8AAOSwyZ5UnhrT

UPDATE!!!! Could it possibly be a bad voltage regulator? The alternator is charging but just barely enough. i took it to a mechanic (i sat there while he worked on it.) What he did was voltage test, replaced wire from alt straight to battery ( for testing temp wire but a 6 gauge) no change in voltage. Did the same with the excite wire (excite wire straight to battery) to see if it would kick it on. he said probably the voltage regulator isn't good. I'm going to go ahead and replace it, i just think it's so odd that it would happen two times with two new alternators.

Tried after market alt regulators and all. put a chevy one wire on and solved it.
