Default engine oil in the radiator coolant reservoir

Hello everyone. it has been a while since I noticed that the coolant reservoir is leaking. at first, I thought it was a crack, a defect in the tub, but then I later realized it wasn't his fault. I bought it last year or in 2020, I don't remember on Skandix, and it didn't give any problems.
but returning from a car trip with friends, I realized that the tray was practically empty. The heating (B200F mine without climate or abs, it's a Polar) has stopped working. cold air came out of the vents and immediately a friend of mine told me that it could be a much more serious problem, it could have been the head gasket gone. From the moment the heat stopped working he says.

The tank, during the return trip with friends, began to empty very quickly, and if I opened it (at certain times) with the engine running, it erupted like a geyser. water everywhere, above, below, on the side ... in short, a bit of a problem. I managed to bring the car back home, and now it is safely parked under the house, so today I decided to replace the offending tray. Nothing, the tray is healthy, so, however, I do nothing but mount another tray, an original Volvo, taken from a Super Polar of the same age (1991). I mount it, I put the special liquid ... and nothing to do, it starts to drain the water, it drips from underneath, and you don't understand damn where it can come out, as there is NO hole, leakage or crack! in the new one, ne in the old! the problem is that I don't know where it comes from ... or why it comes out! I tried to imagine some options ... the pressure reached inside that tub is a lot ... sometimes, when you open it -and you have to do it slowly-

you answered me before I went on, yes, thank you it probably is. I guess I'll just have to change it.

And a warped cylinder head - it's best to have a knowledgeable machine shop straighten the head rather than a simple resurface or bolt it back on without either process.

For future reference, NEVER open a hot/pressurized cooling system. People have gotten very serious burns and injuries from doing so.
