Engine ringing?

Hello there, just a question, I have a 1994 Volvo 940 and when the car is stopped and just at an idle, there is a strange "ringing" sound that I hear.........what could that be?

It could be about 100 diffrent things.check your engine mounts and trans mount.Check all your accessory mountings and adjusters.Check those first and then let me know.
