Engine at idle fuel pressure regulator vac hose removed around 43 to 44 psi.
Engine at idle fuel pressure regulator vac connected around 36 to 37 psi.

my volvo 740 is now very sick. have checked fuel pressure and it seems fine with plenty of flow. however, when i had the fuel line off, turn ignition to "on", a good stream flowed, then stopped after 1-2 seconds. is this normal?

thanks for your help
