He builds turbo manifolds. He also does some kick but intake manifolds.
RSI makes headers also. I have a 16v version from them.
You're on your own with the air filter.

Should also mention...
If you do headers or intake manifold, you will want to change the turbo and inter cooler.
Some custom work will have to be done to fit them. Exhaust and intake.
Note: the stock 90+ exhaust manifold has been proven to flow decent enough.
Josh at yoshifab made 400whp with one on a 16v head.
I would honestly would put your money else where first.
Other guys have made 300whp a litely ported 8v head with a RSI cam, header, and turbo.
Look around.
