Default Exhaust Flange

Hey All,

I am experiencing a leak between the down pipe and the cat at the flange. I have already tried utilizing the Universal Flange that is there, but it is a two bolt flange kit that is prone to slanting allowing the gasket underneath to leak. Does anyone know of a source of flange repair kits that would utilize a three bolt pattern. The pipes on both side are in fine shape, but my guess is that the previous owner could not make use of the stock flanges therefore replacing it with the wrong flange repair kit. I would really like to silence this once and for all. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Michael

Yeah...that would help huh?

94 940 Wagon..non turbo.

I have been told that Volvo makes a kit for just this application. Knowing the dealer by me it will cost 1, 000 dollars plus tax.

Thanks for your help

Michael

Sometimes using 2 gaskets will seal it.
