89 740 non turbo failed cal emission test

I check for a Oxygen Sensor and can't it on the exchust manifold

I need help

Yours should have an O2 sensor either up towards the front or more to the rear.

 

I"ll look again , couldthere be something else that would cause it to fail like this

 

from under car look up high, mounted upside down into exhaust manifold back of block - follow the wires above oil filter area.
I failed mine too, replaced the cat @ $130. and O2 @ $90. Rechecked and passed like a new Prius.
