Fuel pump relay

sometimes you can resolder it but other times its just worn out and should be replaced.
the one relay should close when you turn on the ignition switch, this powers the ECU and stuff. the other relay only closes for about 1 second when you turn the ignition on, then opens again, and closes when the engine is actually turning over, this 2nd relay is what actually powers the fuel pumps.
