Default Fuel Spurting from Fuel Regulator, 1992 Volvo 940 GL

So a week or so ago, I replaced my fuel regulator on my Volvo because it was spurting gas everywhere. So I installed a brand new fuel regulator and it ran well, other than my RPM rising when I put it in park, and even served me without problems on an hour long drive. Well this morning my car was acting up, and I look under the hood to see it spurting gas again. It's not coming from the hose, which was also replaced, but from what seems to be the top of the regulator

Sounds like you have a bad regulator. Take it back and get it replaced. Also check your fuel pressure.

They have fuel pressure testers at the auto parts store. Autozone will lend you one I believe. The hardest part is adapting it to the fittings on the fuel rail. Some cars have a T fitting where you can connect it. Otherwise you disconnect the pressure line from the rail and connect the gauge between the rail and the pressure line.
