Fuse just keeps blowing!!!!
Hello I have a 1992 Volvo 240 sedan and just recently fuses 15 and 16 blew. It was one day everything worked fine and then the next, I believe it was a rainy day and fuses 15 and 16 blew. Now I don't have rear running lights, instrument panel light, and license plate lights. Being that it happened all of the sudden, I thought it might be the contacts. I cleaned all of the bulb contacts for the license plate lights and the running lights but to no avail. I checked the fuse locations and they are each pulling 13.5 volts when the car is on. Does anyone know what could cause this sudden draw of power from these fuse locations. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the help in the mean time I am trying to track this down so I can get my car back on the road at night. Thanks for the help.
Hey I was just wondering if you ever figured out the problem with your fuses blowing out for your running lights because my 240 volvo just started doing it and I can't find the problem and was wondering if you ever figure it out with your car
