Glove box door problem
Hello,
I have an 88 245 DL with a glove box door that seems to be coming apart.
It appears that these are in 2 pieces, and somehow attached to each other. How they are attached, I cannot seem to figure out, but my guess would be some fasteners under the plastic horizontal trim piece that goes across the front of the door. Every piece of trim I look at too hard, seems to break, so I thought I would ask first.
Thanks for any help.

the whole face of the door is glued to the inside piece. don't mess with the trim strip at all, thats purely cosmetic. I repaired our 240 glovebox with gorilla snot--err--3M Weatherstrip Adhesive. I pulled the door front completely off, scraped off most of the old glue, applied a fat squiggle of new glue all over (but not too close to the edges), and pressed it on, then clamped it with a pair of plastic jaw cabinet clamps but not /too/ tightly. cure overnight, remove clamps, 10 years later, its still attached.
