Default Ground wire location

Hi, I drive a 1994 940 GL (N/A).

Could someone let me know the location of the grounding point for the rear light clusters please? From the wiring diagram that I have, it says that it's right in the middle of the trunk. I looked under the spare tyre in the wheel well and all around but didn't see it. I'm thinking of checking it as my bulb failure warning lamp is acting up.

Thanks.

Are the lights working correctly? Those bulb failure light are sooo picky and tempremental. They will go off all the time even when the lights are functioning compleatly fine. So if its going off it is probably nothing.

You're right, these bulb failure lamps are like gremlins. [8D]

The lights are working fine. It's just the bulb failure lamp that's doing a disco act, for example it blinks in tandem with my right indicator and stops when I push the brake pedal. Then it comes on when I put it in reverse and is fine in any other gear. Sometimes, it just decides to come on when I brake and disappears just as quickly. It's not a major thing ... just irritating.

I don't want to disconnect it as it has actually done its job of letting me know of a failed bulb a couple of times.
