Mesure the holes and compair to the lights then you will know if they will fit or not.

OK I MEASURED! THE HOLES ARE 8 inches ---->

and 5.4 inches going down....

So, should i order them? i mean they wont fall or anything right? since the bracket is going down instead of to the sides :S

You order them if you want them.
They are a little smaller than the hole.
But once you SCREW them in they won't fall.

It will be hard to find the Exact fit lights.
The 940's didn't come with them in the holes. The 740's did.
The 940 foglights were mounted next to the headlights.

Try to buy a set for a 740 and see if the deminisions are close to yours.

That style would be the closest. But the link you supplied is only for the inside peices. Not for the entire light assembly.

It should light up one bright bulb on the left rear of the car.
