Hardly runs when cold?
Hi everyone. Here's my problem. I have an '82 244 GL, when i first start it up on clod mornings it will start and immediatly die a coouple times. Then when i do get it started there is almost no power. I can hardly get the car to move and when i take my foot of off the gas it often dies again. If i can get it up to speed (15 mph+) going down a hill or something it goes better but if i stop again the same thing happens and i have a hell of a time getting it back up to 15 mph. Once it is warmed up for a bit is seems to do just fine. If i start it when its warm this doesnt happen just when the engine is fresh and cold. I'm thinking the coolant temp sensor could be one problem. Any other ideas?
