Default Has anyone Lifted their 940 Sedan?

I am considering lifting my 93' 940 turbo sedan. I am looking for any suggestions on a lift kit or any insight if someone has done this?
Thank you

Start by googling "Volvo 940 lift kit" (you'll get some hits!). If you dont find a kit you can go DIY - a few ways to go but you may need to do some replacement part research. Two examples - BMWs used to ship with 1/2 metal spacers that fit between the strut mount and body to raise the car (back in the 70s where they wouldn't make US bumper height requirements) replace the springs with taller springs and longer shocks (an old trick with Audi 4000s was to use the springs from an Audi 90 - which would raise the car 3/4 inch). If you do taller springs you may need to match to longer struts...If you go much more than an inch, you may also need to match to longer sway bar end links.
