Default Headlight - electrical problem 91 740 Wagon

Help! I changed the headlight capsule on the right side today. No modifications were made to the wiring. The only electrical work I did was to remove the headlamp and parking lamp sockets and put them back in the new assembly. Now the right headlamp is much dimmer than the left and when the high beams are turned on, the right headlight is even dimmer and the car stalls out. I removed the fuses for the right high and low beams and everything else works fine with those 2 fuses out.

Funny you should metion your problem. Not funny Ha ha, but funny weird.
Yesterday i pulled the lights off of my 92 240 and when i put it all back together the passenger side was dim and the wipers were going by themselves.
Freaking out, (its my wifes car) I went back and rechecked everything. I had forgotten to reinstalle the ground wire I had taken off to pull the light cluster.
Recheck for a goood ground or maybe add another
