Im wanting to make a custom from lip
I want to make a front bumper lip for my 91 240. Does anyone know of a good starting point. Are there any cheap lips for this car or will a stock lip from another car fit. Any suggestions for things to try. Im going to the junkyard this weekend. Thanks and ill let you guys know if i find anything

That's a decent looking lip for what it is.
Your looking at a custom job though. Just depends on your skills, budget and how much time you have.
There are lips for newer model Volvo's. Which you could custom fit into your application.
